Trained & Certified Technicians: Our technicians are SAPCA certified and undergo continuous training in safe application techniques and product knowledge.
Clear Communication: We will always discuss the treatment plan with you, including any specific safety precautions you need to take.

Clear the Area: Remove or cover food items, dishes, utensils, children's toys, and pet food/water bowls from treatment areas.
Inform Us: Let your technician know about any allergies, sensitivities, respiratory conditions, or if there are infants, pregnant women, or elderly individuals in the household.
Access: Ensure the technician has clear access to areas needing treatment (e.g., under sinks, behind appliances, roof voids if applicable).
Aquariums & Ponds: Cover fish tanks and turn off air pumps. Outdoor fish ponds should also be covered if spray drift is a possibility.

Follow Technician's Advice: Your technician will advise if you, your family, or pets need to vacate the area or a specific room during treatment and for how long.
Ventilation: The technician may recommend ventilation (opening windows) after certain treatments.

Re-entry: Do not re-enter treated areas until advised it is safe to do so by the technician, or until treated surfaces are completely dry.
Cleaning: Avoid cleaning treated surfaces immediately after application, as this can remove the product. Your technician will advise on when normal cleaning can resume.
Observe Pest Activity: You might see increased pest activity for a short period as they are affected by the treatment. This is often normal.
